About the Role

Work Profile

  • Manage financial forecasting/budgeting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking monthly

  • Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders with a strong business acumen

  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

  • Manage accounts receivables and collections

  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

  • Manage timely completion of annual accounts finalization and audit

Requirements

Experience and Qualification (must have)


  • CA (mandatory)

  • Over 3 years of experience managing a similar function in IT companies (preferably Enterprise Tech/B2B)

  • Strong data gathering and analytical skills (including advanced MS-Excel knowledge)

  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP

  • Strong accounting software knowledge (preferably Zoho books and Tally)

  • Working knowledge of GST and income tax compliances

  • Work independently and extend a strong working hand to support the Finance Head

  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and MS-PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Candidates based out of Gurgaon or willing to shift to Gurgaon will only be considered
